Therefore let everyone who’s godly
Pray to You in a time You may be found
Surely in the midst of the deep and raging waters
He shall be shielded from them

You are my hiding place

其过犯蒙赦免、其罪得掩没的、
这人有福啊！
心灵无诡诈、
永恒主不算他为有罪的、
这人有福啊！
我闭口不认罪时，
我的骨头都因终日哀哼而磨损。
因为你的手昼夜重重压着我；
我的精液起了恶变化、
如在夏天的炎热中。

我的罪我让你知道，
我的罪孽我没有掩盖着；
我说：『我要向永恒主承认我的过犯』；
那么你就赦免我罪的孽债。

在窘迫时都当向你祷告；
大水泛溢时，那水不会触害着他。
惟独你是我的隐匿处；
愿你守护着我脱离患难，
以解救之欢呼四面环绕着我。

我要训诲你、指教你当走的路；
我要定睛于你身上而忠告你。
你不可像无知的骡马，
须用嚼环辔头做装备去勒住牠，
否则牠不走近你。
恶人有许多痛苦；
惟独倚靠永恒主的、有坚固之爱
四面环绕着他。
义人哪，你们要因永恒主而欢喜快乐；
心里正直的人哪，你们都要欢呼。
